Providers will need to install a plug-in on their IE browser before starting the virtual visit :

Please follow the steps for the first time VV on IE browser :

Step 1 : Click on the VV notification icon.

Step 2  : Click on "OK" button on the message

Step3 : Select the checkbox to accept to Install the Plugin

Step 4 : Click on Download plugin 

Step 5: Save and run the plugin (bottom of the screen)

Step 6 : Refresh the Browser

Step 7 :  Click on the VV icon and start the video visit

Step 8. You are good to go! Please make sure to allow the access to the Camera and Microphone
