You can edit your note after the video visit with the steps below,

Method 1 : Go To Vide Visit > Visit History

1. Click on the "Edit Visit Note" button

2. Update your notes and click on the "Edit Report" button

Method 2 : Go To the Patient dashboard and view the video 

1. Click on the patient name to patient dashboard

2. Click on the blue bar of the video visit section

3. View and edit the consultation reports under this patient

4. Update your notes and click on the "Save Note" button
