BlueJay provider mobile allows the providers to film patients via their mobile devices and upload the files to their favorite lists. In addition, the providers will be notified right away for unread messages from the patients.
Getting started with BlueJay provider mobile app with 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Download and launch the BlueJay Engage with your account email and password
Step 2: On the "Message" tab , you can exchange multimedia messages with your patient on a secure channel
You view all your patient on the Message tab, tap the patient name to start chatting with them. | Providers get notified immediately via the push notification from the app when your patient messages you. |
Step 3 : On the "Patients" tab, you can view all the patient information and contact them via the message tab, modify/create treatment program, call or even start a live chat.

You can view all of your patients on the "Patients" tab on alphabetical order. Tap the name to further contact and view the patient profile. | You will need to go back to the BlueJay web portal or to update the patient information. |
Step 4: on the "Content" tab : You can film your patients and directly upload the videos to your favorite lists on the provider website/iPad app

Step 5: View the provider information and log out the app
You can simply view your profile information on the "Me" tab, please go to the BlueJay Engage web platform to update your profile.
