1. How to navigate to Diagnosis Dashboard
Go to Home Page >> My Patients >> Select the patient in your patient list >> Click on the "Dx (Current Code)" tab

Now you will see an overview of patient's diagnosis.
2. DxCode A-Z
| 01 | Active Dx | Patient's active diagnosis codes will be listing in this section |
| 02 | History Dx | You can find all the history Dx Codes here. Click on any of the Dx Codes for more details. |
| 03 | Dx Code | You make the modifications in this section, such as changing the code, edit case resolution |
| 04 | Phases of Care | Input patient's Pain Level and Functional Level here, and track the treatment outcomes |
| 05 | Target Visits to Resolution | You will be using this section to log your visits and edit visit notes, add more visits if necessary. |
| 06 | Patient Progress | Patient's wellness progress monitoring. You can also find details about the recommended exercise program and target wellness for each phase |
| 07 | Treatment Protocols | This section records the treatment protocols for each type of provider in different phases |
| 08 | Epidemiology/Risk Factors | View more information about the diagnosis, including risk factors, medical intervention, incidence, etc. |
