Getting Started with BlueJayENGAGE (Clinic Admin and Providers)

Part A: The following features are accessible for Organizational Admin ONLY.



1. Switch clinic

As the organizational admin, you can select any clinic to get detailed compliance data. 

Go to My Patients >> Click on the search box >> Select the clinic in the drop-down menu or search the clinic by the name



2. Admin Dashboard 

2.1 Sola Exercise Report

Under My Account >> Admin Dashboard >> SoLa Exercise Report, you will be able to see all the modifications that were made by your providers, including their clinic name, exercise name, date, and their activities. 



2.2 SoLa Survey Report

You can read/download the survey results from Admin Dashboard >> SoLa Survey Report

3. Search Patients

Patients can be searched by entering their “last name + phone number” (i.e., Geller 0009087726).




Part B: Features for SoLa Providers


1. How to get patient self-registration link?

Go to My Accounts >> My Profile >> Find the “Patient Registration Under Clinic” column



 

This link will lead your patients to the self-registration page.


If you would like to add this page to bookmark, please make sure copy and paste the FULL URL in the setting. Please do NOT just auto-save this page.


 

For Chrome users: 

Click on the arrow button at the top right >> find your bookmark in the drop-down list and right-click on it >>  Edit >> copy and paste the FULL URL and save




 

For Safari users:

Click on the book icon >> find your bookmark in the list, and right click on it >> Edit Address >> Copy and Past the FULL URL





For FireFox users:

Right-click on your bookmark >> Properties >> Copy and Paste the FULL URL in “Location”.


2. Exercise videos, Educational Materials, and Surveys

Once the patient completed the registration process, she will receive a welcome email & text message with the installation guide of our Mobile App. 

(PS: We recommend the patients to download our App for better user experience, but it is not required. Patients can still view the exercise videos, read her educational materials and answer the surveys on a computer browser or phone browser. )

In the meantime, this patient will also receive her treatment program, which provided by SoLa Therapy. The treatment program includes Exercise Videos, Educational Materials, and Surveys. 


2.1 Exercise videos 

For App users:

Once you logged into your account, you will see your exercise videos of the day on the home page. Tap on the “Play” button to start watching the videos.




 

For Web (computer browser/ phone browser) users: 

Patients can also access to the exercise videos through the link that we sent to them via email/text message. Here’s an example:

2. 2 Educational Materials 

All the educational materials will be automatically sent to the patients through email, text message and In-App message. If you would like to update your educational matrials. Here’s how: Go to “Library >> Clinic Library >> Education Material”. 



For App users:

The patient will be able to access the educational materials through a link under the “Messages” tap. 

For Web (computer browser/ phone browser) users: 

Same as exercise videos, patients can view the documents online through a text link or an email link.


2.3 Surveys

The “Pelvic Symptom Survey”, “Patient Satisfaction Survey”, and “Bladder Symptoms Survey” will be automatically pushed to the patients through emails, text messages, and In-App messages at 3 months and 6 months after sign up. 




Once the patient completed her survey, you will be able to find the survey report under the patient’s dashboard. You can also download the report into a PDF file. 

My patients >> select the patient in the patient list >> find the tab “Surveys/Materials” 



 

For “Pelvic Symptom Survey” and “Bladder Symptoms Survey”, click on the “Edit” button to modify/define how do you want this survey to be sent.
