Step 1: Open Firefox and go to the desired site.

Step 2: A confirmation pop-up displays asking if you want to share your device’s camera and microphone with BlueJay.

Step 3: Select a different camera and/or microphone if necessary.

Step 4: Select "Remember this decision" and click on "Allow".

Do not see a pop-up window? Please do the following steps.

Step 1: Click on the menu at top right, then go to "Preferences"

Step2: Click on "Privacy & Security"

Step3: Scroll down to the "Permissions" section, make sure you did NOT block the pop-up windows.
