Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets our requirements.

*** Camera & Microphone are required for Telehealth Visits. 

1. Book an inpatient appointment as a Progam Manager/Facilitator/Director of Care

Go to Telehealth > Schedule > Select an available therapist from the dropdown menu, then click the "Video Conference" button.

2. Fill in all the required fields (with star), then click the "Save" button to set up this appointment.

* You can also add an individual patient while booking an appointment. 

If you would like to edit/delete an existing appointment, simply select the appointment from the calendar page. 

Update the appointment information, and click the "Save" button to save the changes.
