How Does Telehealth Scheduler Work



The Video Consultation Request (Telehealth Scheduler) is an add-on feature. It allows the clinic admin to assign telehealth appointments to the available providers based on the patient’s requirements. 

The first step is to create a video consultation schedule. To do this, navigate to the “ Video Consultation Hours” tab to set up/modify your schedule and payout.

PS: The payments will be directly sent to your linked PayPal account. PayPal will charge a certain amount of fees to process the transactions. For more details, please visit https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees.

BlueJay Mobile Health does not charge any additional transaction fees.


The next step is to set up your scheduler link. Open your profile page by clicking on your profile picture on the top right. You will find the link under the “Request Video Consultation” section. Copy this URL and put it on your website, or send it to your patients through email/text message. 

Your patients will be able to submit requests via the online telehealth scheduler. The attached picture is an example of the request form. The required information includes patient’s name, contact, preferred time, symptoms, and so on. 

Once the appointment is confirmed, your patient will receive an email confirmation and an payment invoice from service@bluejayhealth.com


To check the consultation requests, please go to “ Video Request”. On this page, you will be able to assign the telehealth appointments to the available service providers.
