BlueJay team is very excited to announce that, a new version of BlueJayEngage & Telehealth is finally here. In the last few weeks, we have been tirelessly working to customize and improve our product to best suit your needs. In this release, we have developed a new feature to help you and your patients convert in-person visits to telehealth with a single click. This new feature ensures the high-quality care can still be provided safely and timely when patients cannot travel. It also helps to reduce the no-show rate in outpatient clinics.  Let's see how: 

When an office visit is scheduled, a confirmation will be sent to your patient's registered email address. Here's an example:

If your patient would like to convert this visit to telehealth, s/he can use the "Convert to Video Conference" option to submit a request. The following screen will appear when the patient do so. Click the "Yes, I want to convert" button to confirm the change. 

Now, this visit has been successfully converted to a telehealth appointment!
