BlueJay team is very excited to announce that, a new version of BlueJayEngage & Telehealth is finally here. 


In the last few weeks, we have been tirelessly working to customize and improve our product to best suit your needs. In this release, we have developed several improvements to help you to deliver care to your patients under a safe environment. Let's find out how: 


New:

1. Quickly covert in-office visits to telehealth. This new feature ensures the high-quality care can still be provided safely and timely when patients cannot travel. It also helps to reduce the no-show rate in outpatient clinics.


Enhancements:

1. Ability to book multiple patients at the same time slot- for an office visit

2. Ability to enter patient’s insurance type and add a note while scheduling

3. Added Aquatic Therapy option for office visit 

4. Added the Organization list to the “Region/Organization” dropdown menu. This improvement allows the organizational admin to quickly locate any providers in the system.

5. Extended the discharge access to SNF level. Starting from this version, SNF managers/facilitators will be able to discharge patients

6. Added “Switch Clinic Or Region” option. This feature allows the providers to switch locations without re-login

7. Ability for outpatient admins to delete clinics

8. Ability for outpatient admins to discharge patients

9. Ability for outpatient admins to schedule appointments

Resolved:

1. Disabled “S.O.A.P” function in BlueJayTelehealth to avoid confusion;

2. Resolved the conflict during account creation. From this release, the system allows to create multiple outpatient admin accounts;

3. Minor bugs
