BlueJay Mobile Health is introducing the new version of BlueJayENGAGE & BlueJayTelehealth to enhance the overall digital care experience based on our customer feedback.

This release features following improvements:

 

1. Cross-Browser Compatibility

BlueJay’s system is now fully compatible with all major internet browsers including Microsoft Edge.

 

2. Video Visit: 

We are merging “Video Conference” with “Video Visit”. 

Now you can invite more participants to join the virtual meeting enhancing the overall patient experience and time management. You will still have access to all built-in features such as S.O.A.P, ROM, Exercise Program, etc.

3. User Apps:

New and improved BlueJayEngage (Patient) and BlueJayTelehealth Mobile Apps are now available both on Android and iOS platforms. 

 

4. Pin feature:

During video visits, users can now pin a participant on the screen.

 5. Search Function Upgrade

Dx code search functionality is available for the BlueJayEngage (Primary Care Physician) portal users.

 

 


6. Patient DOB:

Now our providers can add patients’ DOB along with their details. 

7. Modifiable Treatment Duration in PCP Module:

Primary Care Physicians can now customize the treatment duration for each patient depending on the patient’s condition. 

 

 

 

8. Adjustable Meeting Schedule:

CHS providers can start their meeting before the scheduled time - only if they have completed the prior meeting.

9. “Add Clinic” Feature:

Regional level admin provider can now assign providers to outpatient clinics using the "Add Clinic" feature.



 

If a provider is assigned to Region and Clinic both then the UI will look like this:

(Note: This provider should be able to login on region and clinic accounts) 

 

Fixes:

  1. Fixed an issue where outpatient admin users were not able to assign inpatient SNF providers to outpatient clinics;
  2. Minor bugs.
