Please follow the instructions below to send text messages to your therapist:

1. Go To Message 

2. Tap the message option to enter your message:

 

3. Enter your text message then tap Send button, then your messages will send to your therapist

    

*If you have multiple providers, you can type "@" to select the providers from the list.

    

Audio Message: You can tap the microphone icon to record an audio message, and tab Hold to Talk to record your audio message :

If you accidentally tap the voice option, you can just tap the keyboard icon to switch back to text message page 

Send out images or videos: Clicking the plus button, then you can choose the options for sending out an image or a video (maximize size of image and video will be 15 MB)
