You will receive a push notification from your mobile device when the provider sends out a treatment plan:

Step 1: Go to Task Page, you can see the Treatment Plan on Task Page 

Step 2: Tap the Treatment Plan and you can see the exercise program

Step 3: After you complete the exercise program, you have to select your own progress.
