You will receive an email notification  when the provider sends out a treatment plan, click on the link in the email to view the exercise videos through a web link:

Step 1: Open the email notification, click on the link to the treatment plan

Step 2 : Select "Play All" button to play all the videos

Step 3: After you complete the exercise program, log your own progress.
