How To Setup My Account



Welcome to BlueJayENGAGE! A digital solution to keep patients engaged and motivated to continue their treatment plans at home and eventually achieve better outcomes.


Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets the requirements.


You will receive a welcome email from service@bluejayhealth.com when you sign up. Follow our email instructions to activate your account. Once your account is activated, you can log in to BlueJayEngage as a provider. 


To add a profile photo or update your personal information, go to "My Account > My Profile" or simply click on the profile icon on the top left concern of the home page.

Upload a profile picture from your local PC

Update your personal information and click on the "Save" button to save the changes. 


If you are a clinic administrator, you can also update your clinic/company's profile on the right"
