How to record video clips and capture screen during the video visit 

Step 1 : Press the start recording button to record video clips

Providers can also click on the screen capture button to capture a screenshot.

 Click on the "Screen Capture" button to capture a screenshot during the video visit

Step 2 : Click on Stop Recording and view the saved files

Step 3: Go To Video Visit > Visit History or Patient List > Patient Dashboard to view the consultation report with the saved video clips and screenshots

Export files from Visit History

Export single file -  

View the video clips and export the recorded video as a compressed zip file then send to the patient

Export multiple files -  

Select the files to batch export as a zip file and send to the patient
