How To Evaluate Patient's ROM - During Video Visit



Providers will be able to evaluate Patient’s ROM in Video Visit. 


Step 1 - Go To the ROM tab 


Step 2 - Click on the dropdown menu to select a join/movement


Step 3 - Click on the start measuring button 



Step 4 - Follow the instruction to start measuring your patient - Take the first picture


The first step will be the starting position, you will need to instruct your patient to stay in a neutral position, hold and press the "Shoot Picture" button.



Step 5 - Follow the instruction to start measuring your patient - Take the second picture

If you would like to retake the first picture, you can select the "Retake picture" button. Your second step will need to instruct patient to reach the end ROM(range of motion), hold and press "Shoot and Measure" button to take the second picture.


*You also can click on the Show instructional clip to instruct patient how to position himself/herself.


Step 6 - Follow the instruction to start measuring your patient - Take the third picture

You will need to instruct your patient to reach the end rage of motion, hold and press "Shoot and Measure" button again for the third picture. 


*You can still retake the pictures and also click on the "Show instructional clip" to guide your patient.


Step 7 - Evaluate the results of ROM 

You can evaluate the angels of the patient's ROM and save the record to your consultation report


Step 8 - View the measurements from Visit History

After the video visit, you can go to Video Visit > Visit History to view the consultation report to review all the measurements.
