Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets our requirements.

*** Camera & Microphone are required for Telehealth Visits. 

1. Book an inpatient appointment as a Progam Manager/Facilitator/ Director of Care

Go to Telehealth > Schedule > Select an available therapist from the dropdown menu, then click the "Video Conference" button.

2. Fill in all the required fields (with star), then click the "Save" button to set up this appointment.

* You can also add an individual patient while booking an appointment. 

3. Bring the device to patient's room, and start the call with the patient. 

Option 1: Log on to your BlueJay account, go to "Telehealth > Upcoming > SNF Schedule", click the "Start" button to launch the call. 

Option 2: You will receive an email reminder on behalf of the patient. Click the email link to start the call when you and your patient are ready.
