Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets our requirements.
*** Camera & Microphone are required for Telehealth Visits.
1. To check your Telehealth schedule. Go Telehealth > Upcoming
You will see two tabs - "SNF Schedule" and "My Schedule"
"SNF Schedule" allows you to check/start your onsite Telehealth calls.
My Schedule is your schedule as the Telehealth service provider.
2. How to start a Telehealth call with a patient
Bring the device to the patient's room, and start the call with the patient.
Option 1: Log on your BlueJay account, go to "Telehealth > Upcoming > SNF Schedule", click the "Start" button to launch the call.
Option 2: You will receive an email reminder on behalf of the patient. Click the email link to start the call when you and your patient are ready.
