Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets our requirements.

*** Camera & Microphone are required for Telehealth Visits. 

1. Go to Telehealth > Upcoming to view your upcoming calls. To start a call, simply click on the "Start" button. 

*The "Start" button will turn into blue color 5 minutes before the appointment time. If the button is in grey color, that means it's too early to start this call. 

If your patient arrives early, you will see a pop-up reminder at the bottom. Click the "Start" button or the pop-up reminder to start this session when you are ready. 

2. What features you can use during a telehealth visit? 

Once the meeting has begun you will have access to the following features:

*Move your cursor around, you will see the menu at the bottom, click on "Tools" to expend.

• Chat 
• AI-ROM
• Exercise Program
• S.O.A.P
