Before you start using BlueJay, please make sure your system meets the requirements.
1. Getting started
1.1 Sign in as a provider
The first step is to sign in as a Provider to use BlueJay Telehealth Services. Simply go to BlueJay Mobile Health’s website. Click on the "LOGIN" button and select BlueJayTelehealth.
Enter your registered email, and password.
1.2 Profile set up
To set up your profile, simply click on the profile icon on the top right > then select "My profile". A pop-up like this will appear. If you are the clinic admin, you can also upload the tele-consent form and update your clinic profile as well. Once you finished, click the "Save" button to save the changes.
2. Manage Providers and Patients
2.1 Manage/Add Providers
Go to the "Manage" > Select the first tab- "Provider" > click the "Add Provider" button to add a new provider.
Fill in all the required fields (with red star). Check the "Allow Clinic Admin Role" to set up an admin account.
2.2 Manage/Add Patients
To Add patients in the Telehealth’s system, simply navigate to Manage > Patients > Add Patient.
A pop-up box will appear asking you to fill in the details of your patient.
If you need to update an existing patient's profile > find this patient in your patient list > then tap on the pencil icon to start editing.
3. Schedule/Edit/Delete an appointment
You can easily schedule, edit, and delete an appointment in the Schedule tab of Telehealth.
3.1 Schedule an appointment
Go to the "Schedule" tab > select a service provider > click on the "Video Conference" button
A pop-up box like the following will appear on your screen. Fill in the required info and click save.
Once the appointment is scheduled, your patient will receive the appointment confirmation from service@bluejayhealth.com
Want to invite another participant to the session? Simply copy the meeting link, and send it via email/text message.
3.2 Edit/Delete an appointment
To edit/delete an appointment, simply click on the appointment that you want to edit/delete. A pop-up will appear like the one below. Edit the details that you want to or click on the "Delete Appointment" button to delete the appointment.
4. Upcoming
The "Upcoming" tab allows you to see a record of your upcoming appointments. It displays a list like the one in the image below. To start a call, simply click on the "Start" button from this page.
You will also receive a meeting reminder 15 minutes before your appointment time.
5. History
The history tab shows the list of all the previous call records with the patient(s). It enlists info like their names, phone numbers, meeting rooms, date and time, and call duration. This is also the Provider’s personal call history.
6. Usage Data
Usage data or Tele-usage data is a lot more like the "History" tab, only with the exception of more informative features like; payer type, consent signed and clinic name. This extra data about the patients give the clinic a more detail-oriented analysis of the current patients in the system.
