BlueJay SNF module skillfully keeps a track of all the provider-patient activities and assists in organizing and scheduling video visits and other operations adhering to the SNF’s of a particular region.

1. Region

The sub-tab of the region shows the list of regions, Providers, and SNF’s in a particular region.

2. Providers

Similarly, the sub-tab of Providers enlists the names of providers and their assigned SNF’s, User roles, and particular regions they work in.

3. SNF

This sub-tab allows you to keep a track of active skilled nursing facilities alongside the list of providers working for it. It also comes with the list of patients in a particular SNF. 

To add an SNF in the current list, simply click on the top right corner of the page on “Add SNF”. 

4. SNF Providers

SNF Providers sub-tab provides the information of providers working in a particular SNF only. It displays their email IDs, Names, the SNF’s that they working in, their user roles, and whether they are working as an Admin or not. 

5. Patients

This last sub-tab displays a list of patients with respect to their names, dates of birth, and the SNF’s that they are in.
